Peter Marshall won Daytime Emmy Awards in 1974 for Best Host or Hostess in a Game Show and in 1975, 1980, and 1981 for Outstanding Host or Hostess in a Game or Audience Participation Show for The Hollywood Squares. He was also nominated for two other Daytime Emmy Awards for The Hollywood Squares, one for Fantasy Island, and two Primetime Emmy Awards for The Hollywood Squares. He is the brother of Joanne Dru and the father of Pete LaCook.
